Giving to FOURC
2008 Capital Campaign
FOURC is currently seeking to raise $35,000 to assist with the purchase of a historical building to operate as a unique bed and breakfast in Oberlin.
This building was built as a rectory for Sacred Heart Catholic Church on South Pleasant Street around 1900, when Father Peter Dietz was the priest. It was used to house the priest of the church through at least the 1960s. For nearly 10 years, the house served as a parsonage for Rust Methodist Episcopal Church. Its current owners are Wendell and Bettye Logan of Oberlin, Ohio. Mr. Logan is a distinguished professor of jazz at Oberlin Conservatory.
